Iyengar Yoga and Mat Pilates
Addie's passion for yoga and pilates was born from her own health journey as a former competitive dancer looking to become more flexible and heal the wear and tear her body experienced.
While trying to heal herself, Addie found the work she was doing also brought her emotional and spiritual healing. This alignment of physical and mental health inspired her to pursue a career in yoga health and wellness in the hopes of one day being able to bring this type of transformative healing to others.
Addie's practice is always evolving through continued education, taking workshops, and attending classes. She has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2011 and has been teaching since 2014 after receiving her teacher certification from YogaWorks. She has since become a Certified Level I Iyengar teacher and also has her Mat pilates certification. Addie is currently taking STOTT Pilates CEC workshops for additional certifications and plans to continue her journey for a Iyengar Level II certification.
Steve Garcia
Hatha and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mat Pilates
Yoga has been a part of Steve’s life since 2014, and has helped him gain strength, flexibility and confidence, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Steve to live each moment more intentional and mindful.
Steve completed his 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training with Akasha Yoga. Beyond his Registered Yoga Teacher Certification, he has teaching credentials in Restorative, Yin, Adaptive Yoga and Yoga Nidra. He also has certifications in Mat Pilates and Foam Rolling for Fascia Relief.
Steve’s classes combine creative sequencing, with a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. He seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul through yoga, his hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balance.
